man, what i have been doing over the last few years is watching and reading as much as i can about how power lifter's keep themselves healthy. mainly their prehab and rehab stuff. that has helped me out a whole boat load. i figure if a dude can squat 700+ and not be hobbled then whatever he is doing to stay healthy can and will transfer over to bodybuilding for sure. i think that lower back decompression work and activation of the glutes and hams prior to squatting and low back loading has been a god send for myself
