Quick update. Been eating like an animal and put 11lbs on since Friday. Yesterday I managed to eat almost 4lbs of prime rib between dinner and all my midnight snacks. I pretty much heated up a slice every time I woke up to pee at night. Getting up from a seated position is getting easier but I still can't lay down and get up. Looking forward to using the extra weight to help
Boost strength and endurance when I get back to it. I know the cardio will be hard but it'll be all I can do for the first two weeks back.
