two weeks post I go back for a follow up and at that point I can begin treadmill only for two weeks. After those two weeks I am going to do all body parts on selectorized machines at 10-15lbs and just go to failure with high reps. Then each successive week I hope to go up 10lbs. During test to 2cc, continue secs at 1cc and add 1cc tren e or if possible and ace/e blend and 3 car plus 3 tbol. Each successive week will see test go up by one cc till I hit 5ccc for 1250mg. Deca will only go to 2cc for 600mg. Finally tren will increase 1cc till I hit three or four depending what I can tolerate and what my quads will take. Var and tbol will increase 1 tab each until I hit 50-60mg per day. Once I get to the third week in I will add in 10iu humalog pre workout with 24gms peptipro and 100gns karbolyn. My during workout drink will be roughly the same mix. While I know I am not good at keeping logs because o tend to work 10-12hr days and come home just long in time to have dinner, get cleaned up and feed the animals, walk the dog and then it 30min of time with Vinny and then pass out.
