      Awesome post. I've always been really good about staying in the moment, but recently work stresses tend to creep into my mind which causes my gym time to suffer a bit. I've caught myself going through the motions just doing sets and reps. I'm gonna focus on keeping my head clear and staying in the moment while in the gym. This will definitely help me bring my workouts back to where they should be.
