TweetI've been reading up on FST-7 and incorporated it into a workout last night. This is the system where a body part is hit with seven sets of 10-15 reps with a 30-45 second rest between sets for the last exercise of the routine. I felt an amazing pump after for sure. Anyone trained with this system and how were the results?
Tweetill do it but honestly i have mad add and like to try by instinct so ill do it here and there but yea i do love it and it has its purpose i just dont do it regularly because i switch up my lifts every week
