he is working with chris aceto and he is def blowing him up. he says that he has only been training for a few years and only works in person with his coach for 6 week blocks. for the olympia he will be with him for 12 plus weeks. so he said if he can make improvements like that in 6 weeks look out. cool thing about acet that chad nicols doesnt do is aceto doenst blow smoke bs or make excuses for his athletes. he calls it as it is and will actually call them out. that dude is a monster for sure though and once his hams hang in the side poses he is going to be unstoppable
