i am trying to find an old friend I sometimes worked out with in the mid 2000's probably 2003-2005 era. we worked out at the old Golds gym on Oaks Pa and his nickname was Pong. used to know his real name but lost all that info when i switched phones way back then when i went from a Blackberry to Iphone.
hoping to reconnect with him if he is still around.
i know he entered a bunch of contests in that time period in Pa and also DE and he also went to either Junior USA or National Pro Qualifier and just missed earning a pro card.
