Tweetbro i just use the walmart brand sugar free version along with kidney stuff along with nialor and my lipids are in range even while on heavy cycle with anti e added in. so mine works because my lipids get fucked up easyOriginally Posted by 6p6

Tweetthe walmart brand sugar free fiber supp is under 20 bucks for the big jug. i do 3 tabs of nialor with 3 of my meals daily. i do 2serv of the fiber am and pm along with a tbl spn of acv and with the pm serving i add in a double serving of the kidney stuff. since doing so i have had no issues with my lipids and my kidney numbers have stayed in the normal range even while running tren. i did have a heart attack scare 2x this year and was in the er both times. i went in immediately after training and it didnt lower my ckmb numbers at all. they were off the charts high but doc said that was from training and being super dehydrated. they came back to normal by the next morning
