      Ingredients


      • ½ cup organic, unsweetened apple sauce
      • ¼ cup rolled oats
      • 1 to 2 scoops Vanilla protein
      • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
      • ⅓ to ¾ cup vanilla soy milk (you can also use almond milk or skim milk)
      • 1 tsp cinnamon

      Directions
