Tweeti do frozen berries, they are supposed to have just as much nutrients as fresh. i do blue, black, and raspberries as well as strawberries if we have fresh. half scoop of protein.
i do a scoop of bio align greens and a handful of spinach.
to add omega 3s and fiber i add ground flax seeds. greek yogurt is a good add. high in slow protein and healthy bacteria for the gut. good call!
i do cherry juice extract as it helps with soreness separate after training.
this is such a good addition to one's diet. the greens also increase bodies PH. this is good for protein utilization and stamina.
TweetThat shake looks like it would benefit anyone really well.
