TweetMy friend ordered insulin from candianpharmacy.com... he got a letter yesterday from the canadian post office asking if he recieved it. should he ignore it?

Tweetit was humalog. the letter asked two questions. the first being was the item recieved. and the second being if it was returned to sender. it stated the item as a health product and over the counter. it also had a case number on it. and he lives in new jersey.
