      damn joints... hurt like hell.. and i can't work out anymore... my elebows are fuked, my shoudlers are fuked..... the tendonitis in my left forearm is back... my arms are useless now..
      today i had to take 2 400mg pills of ibupropfen (extra strong) before the workout, one halfway through and another one at the end, so i could have a halfway decent work out... this sux big time... and i still got 6 more weeks...

      If it makes you feel any better, my knees are f**kin thrashed. Having surgery again in a couple weeks! I'm too young for this shiat!

      6 weeks left of my cycle


      i had some knee prob in the past too (skiing accident)... they seem to be fine now tho.. that's the only part of my body that hasn't given any probs lately...

      if ur joints hurt, its prob b/c they arent strong. u should try to do tiny exercises w/them. Also, when u take ibuprofen - it just masks the pain...so u could actually be hurting them & making the damage worse.

      Are you running winny in your cycle? That stuff always irritated my joints right around 100mg/day. My knees are the ones that give me grief. Usually bad about 1 month after my cycle...snap, crackle, pop.

      BTW lax, what is a tiny exercise? lol

      I found it works great after a hard workout to sooth my sore joints and muscles.

      In fact I have the perfect after gym recipie.

      1 part doobie
      1 part (bottle) beer (after protien shake of course)
      1 hour in hot-tub

      Sleep like a baby after and feel great in the morning!
