      Does anyone else have a problem with keeping their body symmetric ? Here lately I've been noticing that my right bi/tri are starting to look considerably larger than my left bi/tri. At first I thought it was just in my head, but it has become very obvious to me. I am right handed, but I've never really been able to tell a size difference between my arms, besides the fact that I have just a little more strength in my right arm. Could I train my left arm a little harder to equal out the difference, like an extra set of an excercise maybe ? I know this really isn't that big of a deal, and some of it is probably just a mental thing, but hey we all want to look our best and that means looking at the insignificant things sometimes.

      I compete in bodybuilding and it drives me nuts cuz my damn legs are too big for my arms and my left calf is bigger than my right one. I wish proportion would be easier but o well.....

      My left arm is noticably stronger and if you look hard you can tell a difference from the right arm. But I'm right handed. Go figure!

      i got the same problem but I had a shoulder injury just do a few more curls or whatever on that side!

      arnolds right bicep peak was much noticeably different, no oen is absolute perfect...with myself im righty but my left side is bigger? i always start with ym right side and when im doin back since my right lat is bigger i always do an extra 2 reps with ym left side so unless it horribly unproportioned i wouldnt worry to much

      YOU CAN DO SPOT INJECTIONS TO TRY TO HELP THE PROBLEM AREA OUT AND TRY TO TRAIN THAT BODY PART HARDER TO TRY TO CATCH IT UP. BUT ITS HARD TO DO THAT.

      A LOT OF IT IS GENETICS TOO. SOME MUSCLES JUST TEND TO GROW FASTER THAN OTHERS EVEN THOUGH YOUR PUSHING THE WEIGHT EVENLY.
