Tweetenanthate is cheap. I won't quote prices but it's redily available and inexpensive.
TweetI posted a thread earlier expressing that I was thinking about doing a first cycle. The info everyone gave me was amazing and I can see that this discussion board is awesome. I am prolly going to tweek my food and work out plan for a bit to see what my gains are if any and then maybe look into anabolics. My first cycle will prolly be a simple test. 400-500mg. I was wondering what I should take with it or after for decreased estrogen side affects? I was also questioning what I should take to keep the most gains? How much does a 10ml vial of test enath run(I think I am allowed to ask that). Thanks a lot.
TweetWelcome to the board dude, and a good choice at the first cycle. Keep it low and simple!
For this cycle, you could use something like liquidex, or nolvadex to help fight bloat (you wont see much, if any, from this cycle anyways) and the gyno. You could run the liquidex at 0.25mg - 0.5mg/day from day 1, right 'til the end of Clomid. If you choose to use Nolvadex, you could run this a couple of ways. A) Run it right through from day 1 'til the end of Clomid at 10mg/day. Some people are against this because it may hurt gains. B) If you start to feel gyno comming on (ie. itchy, sore, puffy nips) take 80mg the first day you start to feel it, then 20mg/day 'til the symptoms subside. C) Same as B, although you run the 20mg/day 'til the end of Clomid, reason being here is because the estrogen can rebound pretty quickly if you stop running the Nolva. Some people will just run it 'til the symptoms subside because they feel they are hurting gains running it through 'til Clomid. I'd prefer to lose out on 3lbs. of muscle, than have gyno surgery
For this cycle, I would reccommend Clomid for post cycle. When using something like test enanthate, you would start Clomid three weeks after your last injection and run it like this:
Day 1: 300mg
Next 10 days: 100mg/day
Next 10 days: 50mg/day
Hope this helps, but do some more research as well. Again, welcome!
I bend but I do not break.
