TweetI'll tell you what I get some massive Tibialis anterior pumps when on tren. it's so bad I can't walk more than 2 blocks without resting but when I hit the belt I can walk for over an hour without problems.
Tweetmagnesium supplements or doans pills
Tweetpop an advil or two. if need more bring out the heating pad.
TweetI try to stretch often during the day, at least the muscles that have cramped before. Running a few sprints about half speed seems to stretch me out and loosen me too.
TweetSTRETCHING TOO MUCH CAN ALSO LEAD TO CRAMPING- IF YOU ENGAGE IN TOO MANY ACTIVITIES THAT WORK THE SAME MUSCLE - OVERWORK ACAN CAUSE CRAMPING TOO.
TRUST ME I BEEN THERE LOL
