Rash???
TweetI have got some kind of rash all over my stomach, upper chest, lower back, arms, etc....I have tried changing soaps. We use the same laundry detergent that we always have. I have tried putting on a ton of lotion, thinking it might be really dry skin. I have changed the kind of lotion used. I haven't been around poison ivy, oak, sumac....I haven't even been outside much because of the weather. WTF??? It is driving me crazy!! I don't know what else to do. Should I just load up on some benadryl and see if that makes it go away? It itches like crazy too.

TweetWas it a new scent to you, or a new scent that was just released or something? That may be my problem. I went and got some benadryl and hydrocortisone cream to see if that helps.

Get some Caladryl. It is topical and it is a combo or calamine lotion and benadryl. I used it years ago so I am not sure if they sill sell it or not.

TweetWell, after the rash got worse, I went and got some Benadryl. When I take the Benadryl, it makes the rash better which tells me that it is an allergic reaction to something. The only thing I have been doing different over the past few weeks is drinking coffee in the mornings. I have never been a coffee drinker. Well, I decided to google coffee allergy this morning and low and behold, one of the most common symptoms of a coffee allergy is a skin rash! So, I am going to quit drinking coffee and see if the rash goes away.

TweetI had mentioned above about my wife. Got so bad she went to the doc. Doc say's it's hives brought on by stress. I was like wtf....my wife and stress??? what does she have to be stressed about? She's a home maker.
