      hey today i found out i got a photo shoot on mon or tue next wk, i wont give details but im gonna be on a wesbite which many will view(nobody here, its local)

      anyway they will be taking pics of me working out and showing proper form of exercises etc..

      i look like shit basically. ive decided to put my liver to the side for the next few days in hopes of improving my looks as much as possible in the next 3 days, which i know im not gonna get much done but i gotta try.

      my size is decent, im not worried about tht. bf is not low like usually but im not fat at all, id describe myself as looking somwhat smooth right now, im prob about 8-9% bf.

      theres 2 things i need to do

      harden up and drop water.

      im not gonna be able to lose bodyfat in this time period and trying would make my muscles look flat as hell, so my options i see are lose wate and take things like tren winny halo.

      im coming off a test base only cycle. supposed to finish next wk but i dont have to and will extend the cycle a few days for this event.

      i was thinking this:
      tren 200mg ed
      winny 125mg ed
      halo 20mg ed

      no more test, but will use 2.5mg letrozole ed. these are all nonaromatizing drugs and i hope the insanely high androgen levels will give me a hard solid look. i know my liver wont like it but this is 3 days only and ive prob done worse to myself drinking on spring break anyway, so health lets just forget about here.

      i need to shed water, what i currently have is some dandelion root. i need an experienced users opinion on dose for this. theres no time to get other diuretics unless otc.

      please can people give some feedback on the steroids ill be using, but mainly where i need help is dropping water, i dont compete and never plan to so ive never looked into this at all.

      basically all i know is take dandelion root(dose i have no clue) drink lots of water and avoid sodium. thats about it.

      is there a way to try to carb load in this short time?

      i know its makeshift but i know i can make improvements in 3 days, i suspect the most dramatic changes to be visable would be from losing water.

      I have done a few photo shoots myself bro. You dont have much time to prepare or do a proper carb-load, but given the amount of time you have, I would do something like this if I were in your shoes.:

      Friday(today)
      ---------------
      No carbs - if you have already eaten some today, then thats ok, but cut out all carbs for the rest of the day.
      4 gallons of water
      Flaxs Oil 3x a day 1 tablespoon
      5000g Vit C

      Saturday
      --------------
      4 gallons of water
      5000g Vit C
      2000mg Dandelion Root
      No carbs
      1 tbs of Flax seed oil 3x day
      add 2 tbsp. glycerol in AM and PM

      Sunday
      ---------------
      4 gallons of water
      10,000g Vit C
      2000mg Dandelion Root
      No Carbs
      1 tbs of Flax seed oil 3x day
      add 2 tbsp. glycerol in AM and PM

      Monday
      ----------------
      50g x 6 Sweet Potatoe's or Yams
      1000mg Potassium
      1 gallon of water
      20,000g Vit C
      3tbsp. glycerol
      2000mg dandelion root

      Tuesday ( photo shoot)
      ------------------------
      No water
      little bit of lemon
      morning: high-carb meal like pancakes w/bananna

      from what i know i dont think this is going to go well - i am not famillar with halo but winny and fina will not kick enoughto be effective in 3 days.

      Why dont you try some lasix or other diruitixs? If you cant get a hold of those tarataxtone is available OTC and is considered a supp and i have heard good things.

      - Other peeps correct me if im wrong cuz im not positive

      Stay on your cycle.Even if you come off,your levels wont drop immediately.It will take weeks for your body to come clean.If you didnt look good ,they would have never asked you to do the shoot.RELAX,ENJOY AND HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!

      I can't add anything to what Fluid suggested for your diet since he got it down path. I would suggest dropping your dreams of using fina. Eventhough it's an acetate and has a fast acting ester it's still is a 19-nortestosterone derivative which means it'll take some time before you see the benefits you're looking for. If it was next week then I would have agreed with you running fina but 3 days is too short a time. I know you said no test but I think you should consider using suspension. You should increase halo to 35-40mg and winny @150mg.

      And drinking plenty of water will deplete your sodium levels and will make you hold more water. It's the other way around mate , have you noticed how cured beef is very dry? It's because of the salt.

      Lasix and carb depletion followed by a carb up.

      Careful with the lasix if you choose to use, it can put you in the hospital if you're not careful.

      Holy God, 4 gallons of water Fluid? I would be pissing a constant stream, drinking water, and it coming out all day.

      I know a lot of competitors switch to Distilled water pre contest, not sure why, I tryed a gallon of Distilled a day, and I was pissin like a minature race horse all day long. But I was leaner, or at least seemed leaner.

      awesome bros thanks for the help, drinking that much water will be tough but i guess ill just have to try my best. im not expecting a miracle and i would do the shoot tonight if i had to, so any improvement is welcome.

      Yea, I do this when I'm prepping for a shoot.

      I designed that one for superchicken, cause he only has a few days. If you have more time, it would be best to carb deplete for 3 days, then do a carb-load for another 3 days.

      As of today I still drink 2 gallons of water(Zephyrhills, Natural Spring). One of it is H2O and the other green tea.
