BOTTOM LINE IS THAT EVERYTHING SOLD ON OUR SITE IS LEGAL. PERIOD. THIS ASSHOLS IS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING BUT TRY AND BRING DOWN MY BUSINESS FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT.
HE HAS TAKEN THREE DIFFERENT ANGLES AT DOING THIS SO FAR.
1. HIS BULLSHIT COMPANY WAS FIRST WORRIED ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION (CREDIT CARD INFO) NOT BEING DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. STARTED BY SAYING WE RIPPED SOME GUY NAMED "WILL" OFF THEN ADMITTED THAT WE DIDNT..BULLSHIT.
2. NOW HE IS TREATENING TO USE THAT INFO FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT. IF HE OR THE COMPANY WAS FOR REAL...WORRIED ABOUT YOUR INFO FROM THE GET GO....WHY BALCKMAIL SOMEBODY WITH IT LIKE HE IS ME. HIM POSTING IT OR USING IT IS A VIOLATION OF LAW BY ITSELF....HE WILL OPEN HIMSELF UP TO PLENTY OF LAWSUITS.
3. NOW, HE IS A CONCERNED PARENT....WHAT THE FUCK. HOW MANY STORIES DOES HE NEED TO RUFFLE EVERYONES FEATHERS... FUCK HIM.
IF HE DOES SEND SOMETHING TO THE DEA...WHAT WILL IT BE? NOTHING! BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING ILLEGAL. HE MAY SEND THEM A LETTER ABOUT SOME BULLSHIT JUST TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER SO THAT HE CAN POST IT --HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THE INFORMATION THAT WAS TAKEN FROM US. NOTHING! IF HE POSTS IT ANYWHERE ELECTRONICALY..HE IS LIABLE.
IF THIS WAS A REAL COMPANY OR EVEN A LEGIT COMPLAINT FROM A "PARENT", THE INFO ON THE SITE WOULD BE LEGIT.
1. THE DOMAIN NAME WAS PURCHASED MARCH 12.TH
2. THE ADDRESS FOR THE COMPANY IS BOGUS
3. THEY SAY THEY ARE IN ATLANTA, GA -- NOT.
4. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS BOGUS. GOES TO A CELL.
THERE IS A NEW ORDERING SYSTEM INPLACE THAT IS 100% PAPER FREE. THERE WILL NOT BE ANYMORE NAMES OR INFO "STOLEN" FROM MY TRASH OR GARAGE. THIS ENTIRE FIASCO HAS DONE LITTLE DAMEGE. WE ARE STILL RECEIVING ORDERS HOURLY...JUST LIKE BEFORE. SHIPPING IS ON TIME...BUSINESS IS AS USUAL.
PLEASE TAKE MY WORD THAT MYSELF AND ABOUT 5-6 OTHER WELL KNOW MEMBERS OF DIFFERENT BOARDS ARE HUNTING THS GUY DOWN. WE ALL KNOW WHO IT IS, BUT JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE WITH SOME SOLID PROOF.
THE ONLY THING THAT IS BOTHERING ME NOW IS HOW FINAFARM GOT MY CUSTOMERS E-MAIL ADDRESSES TO SOLICIT THEM ABOUT HIS NEW SALE. MANY OF THEM HAVE FORWARDED THE E-MAIL FROM DON AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NEVER DELT WITH HIM EVER SO HE SHOULD NOT HAVE THIER E-MAIL ADDRESS -- THEY MUST HAVE BEEN AQURIED THROUGH MY ORDERS.
HIS RESPONSE TO THIS WAS THE A WELL KNOWN BOARD SOLD HIM A MAILING LIST. WHAT BOARD WOULD DO THAT??
