TweetI had a huge painful two weeks ago, it was from qv deca 300 and T400. I put a heating pad on it and I think it helped a lot. At night I would sleep with the heating pad underneath it. It took around 4-5 days to get completely better, but the pain started getting better after 2 days.

TweetI'm not sure heat helps all that well... most of the docs I've talked to about these 'lumps' recommend cold therapy (as it becomes almost a hardened muscle and is most likely not caused by the oil itself) alternating daily with heat. As far as recovery speed, took me 3 weeks for mine to get the size of a ping pong ball, then a couple more for it to disappear completely.
