Tweet#1 four horsemen......i would base most my list on kill em all, and ride the lightning....one or 2 from master and justice, no way anything after justice is a top 10 metallica song to the hardcore
Tweetyea...i woulda had fourhorsemen on the list too. i agree....after justice, they changed alot. i still like alot of the songs, but those first four album (or whatever) i liked every dam song on every album! it was the only band that i could say that about!!

TweetGood job, but there are a few on there that hardly would make my top anything for them. I need to arrange my top 10 when I have a minute. I think you left a couple off, or a few would be replaced in mine. I know of one for sure that I missed in there...Fade to Black.

have no biz being in the top 10. infact IMO load, reload, st anger all suck donkey balls. enter the sandman is pretty good but there are so many better choices off the first three albums also garage inc and garage days revisited have more worthy material
dont forget bsides like breadfan and stone dead forever.
yes i am a metallica fan they died when they started doing load and just havent come close since
Tweettrue story...you wouldnt BELIEVE who turned me on to metallica!!! i was at home with my mom and dad watching football...after the games my dad would watch 60minutes. that was usually my cue to scoot, but i remember finding the show intresting for some reason (cant remember why, but....) at the end of the show Andy Rooney came on. he was all his "you ever notice..." self and the topic was "this new, so called, music" and the band was metallica!! (oh yea baby!!! andy rooney turned me on to metallica!!!) he was saying how the musical talent these guys have are nothing short of amazing, but he just didnt understand it!! and the tempo changes kinda scares him. (thats when he put on about 30 sec's of master of pupets...), thats all it took!! i went out the next day and baught master of pupets and couldnt turn the fuker off!! by the next saturday night, i had all previous tapes!! for the rest of the year (if not longer) that's all i jammed into the ol' boombox!! 8"D" battery's, and my metallica tapes, and all was good in life!!

Tweetwho would of thunk it, andy rooney and metallica. strange combination
Tweetwherever you hear it, it'll grab ya if ya dig it. I remember how I got turned on to them. My friend in 4th grade brought Master of Puppets to school and let me borrow it. That was the beginning. My cousin that liked metal also couldn't get into it at first. He lived in Bermingham, AL. Then I remember the next time they came down to visit, he had a Metallica shirt on.
Tweetkill em all sold me..been a fan ever since...even though i saw them live 6 months ago(seen them 12 times over the years) and it was one of the worst concerts i ever seen...they lost there edge big time
Tweeti seem them in 97 or 98 and it was a good concert...that sux bro
