i dont have faith that i will wake up tomorrow..i hope i do..but i dont know that i will....i dont have faith that the sun will rise...science has told me that the earths spin on its axis will make the sun shine tomorrow...and i dont have faith that i will have what i need in life..thats why i work for a living..so that i may have what i need...so..your assumption that i have faith is totally wrong..im sorry to burst your bubble...i dont have faith in a religious sense...im a logical free thinker...and your coment about asking 9 out of 10 atheists if they have faith?...well im sure yu will get the same answer you got from me....the term faith is not always meant in religious terms either...like this for example..

Tweeti tell my wife all the time that we met by fate...it was predetermined. i had no biz going from 60k+ a year to 8$ an hour. i shouldnt have ever took that job, yet something said.."fuk it". i shouldnt have volunteered for that saturday. i had plans of hooking up with others at the beach and i had no need for overtime pay, but yet, something told me to do it....that day, it was love at first sight.
thats why i believe there's a god...thats why i believe in fate...thats why i believe in love at first sight.
i still think about it and shake my head...why the fuk did i walk from 60k again? lol

I don't believe in fate. People always point to meeting their spouses as a moment of fate. I believe the people we choose as our spouses express themselves with characteristics we have strong values connected with. My wife showed characteristics I have high values for and visa versa. it had nothing to do with fate.

These examples do not require faith. From the time we are born we start experiencing tired/sleep and alert/awake, we notice the pattern of day and night, the pattern of the seasons and what we need to sustain our life. In other words we learn our environment.

People who proclaim to have faith, coincidentally never adhere strictly to it, they have to at least adhere to rational thought to sustain their life and for good reason if someone had faith they would live and did nothing about it - they would die. In contrast, people can live strictly by reason, without any form of faith.
