TweetI wish I had your problem deno I have a hard time put on size no matter what.
Tweetwhere you say...ok enough is enough...maybe I should slow it down a little bit...maybe I'm to big ??
that's how i feel right now. Not that I'm not happy how I look but maybe I didn't want this much muscle, this much size that I'm unable to do certain things like normal people... I'm at 272lbs right now...@ 11-12% bodyfat. My arm size is 20" right now. People tell me my arms are bigger than my head...well ok FOOK YOU..
Maybe I just need to vent a little bit but eating 6 meals a day...taking all the vitamins, supplements all the gear is just taking a big toll on me. After this cycle, I will officially retire from gear and just continue eating healthy, working out and dropping at least 25-30lbs of weight..
If I had a dream for a perfect body it would be something like a good NBA athlete ..fast...athletic..yet very lean and healthy looking...
TweetI wish I had your problem deno I have a hard time put on size no matter what.
Tweet^ Trust me load up on that gear, 4000 - 5000 cals a day and you'll become a monster in no time. Me on the other hand I'm just sick of FOOD
Tweetwow Deno...I guess I'm your dream body then big man..I'm built like a short NBA player,lol...skinny little fuker...right now, that is...
Dude, what a problem that is. I pitty you,lol...You're in the wrong place to gripe about that. I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum. I still have a metabolism that burns it up quick. It's slowed slightly, but not much. You should look at it as a blessing. And accept what you are. And what you have is something that allot of guys work hard for in which their genetics just will never allow it. You have those genetics so accept them, and try to be glad, and take the "wow, your arm is bigger than your head" compliment for what it is...a compliment.
TweetI used to be 120lbs in my senior year in high school..
Tweetbelieve me bro... once you reach that weight you desired and become a real bad mothafooker... you'll quickly get sick of it.. and want to be "normal" again
TweetHere's the deal. Everybody matures physically at different points thru life. I'm going like the men on my dad's side. We are short as hell when we're kids, then shoot up almost a foot late in high school. Then we're skinny until around our 40s, which I haven't reached. Then after about 40 or so, we become very filled out dudes, on my dad's side. Some men actually thin out when they get "over the hill", it just all depends on genetics. I'm not saying it's impossible for someone to put on 150lbs in 10 yrs that's not genetically apt for that, but growth like that usually has to do with your natural growth rate as well.
those are some nice genetics man... i bet ur dad has a lot of natural test goin thru his body now..
TweetI kind of know where you are coming from. I'm nowhere as big as you but once I reach a certain size I say to myself that I need to be about 30-40 lbs lighter. Then I drop that weight and think I need to be 30-40 lbs heavier.
I can guarantee if you drop the gear and continue eating healthy you'll still be a monster. Heck, even if you dropped that 25-30 lbs. you'll still be bigger than me...LOL!
TweetYou could tell that he definitely did thru his 40s, but he's pushing 60 now so he's a totally different man.

TweetDude, I know what you mean, I have a hard time finding shirts that my arms will fit in, I love to wear the short sleeve button down shirts, but I look like an idiot (moreso that normally!!--haha) when the arms are too tight... but I guess I'll take that problem over the alternative. Also I would need to get dress shirts custom made to fit properly--it's hard to get a 19.5 inch neck shirt with a small enough mid-section. usually it looks like I'm wearing a tent
TweetI can understand that. I've never been near your weight but at 5'6" or so I hit a little over 200 and for me that meant constant force feeding and all that stuff. I got tired of it and my strength is actually better now that I've lost about 20+ pounds. I feel all around better at my current weight than I did then. Oh and btw, when I graduated I was 120 too, lol! Hell, I can remember about bein excited when I finally made it to 150, lol!
Tweeti've been thinking about this alot....
still no
