The worst bicycle accident I've ever witnessed!
TweetI feel like story telling today.
This story comes from a summer in 1993
It's summer and we're bored. I had about 4 friends over and we decided to organize a game of tackle football. We're all heading over to the highschool field to meet and play ball.
Anyway, there's 4 of us and 3 bicycles. So my friend Adam had to double with another friend. Anyway, Adam is sitting on the seat while the other person is pedeling. We had just come up over a small hill and got up to a decent speed when it happened. The person who was pedeling had been standing on the pedels trying to build up some speed. When they were up to speed, the person pedeling decided to sit down. Pushing adam backwards off the seat.
You guessed it. He landed on the back tire. Got his junk all caught up in the tire and brakes. Actually locked up the back tire.
I'll never forget how he went to stand up and the whole bike came up with him. That was a tricky operation getting him untangled. None of us really wanted to help...
Friction burnt a hole right through his shorts and gave him a bit of rugburn on the ole nutsack. But Other than a little friction burn and some bruises Adam was OK.
To this day he won't double on a bicycle tho!

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
