First cycle for newbie

Hey all, I just joind the other day and have learned more here than I learned the whole 5 years I were in school. But at least now I am learning all the good shit that will be usefull in life.
I am about to start my first and prolly last cycle at least for a while anyway. All I wanna do is put on about 20 lbs with the juice and then ill cut on my own. Im 27, 5'11", 200 even, dark hair and green ey..... oooopps ill save that part for another forum Ive pretty much read till my eyes bled for the last couple days. Ive been reading alot on other forums and web pages also. But anyway here is what ive come up with by reading everyone elses opinions.

Week 1-8
Test = 400mg (one shot a week)
Deca = 300mg (one shot a week)

Clomid=
Day 1: 300mg
Next 10 Days: 100mg/day
Next 10 Days: 50mg/day

Nolva on hand for gyno just in case symptoms arrise.
(should I take Nolva throughout the cycle or just if i get the symptoms? ) (And how much should I take a day? )

I think thats it, I already have the pins and I live about 8 hours from the mescan border, so I think that I can get some goods from them, unless they catch me then they will pull my finger nails out with needle nose pliers.. OOOUUUCCHHH!! but ill check it out.

Sorry guys but I disagree with running two compounds like that for a first cycle. Even though the doses are somewhat moderate, let's just say you start to get symptoms of gyno, is it from the test or from the deca ?? Hummm.....

If you start to get gyno symptoms and it's from the test, jump on the Nolva @ 40 mg/day until symptoms subside, then do 20 mg/day for the rest of your cycle.

If you start to get gyno from the Deca (progesterone), good luck, cause the Nolva isn't going to do much.

For a first cycle, just stick to something real basic, 400 mg/wk of test will be plenty, learn how your body reacts to that before adding more into the equation. I'd also split the 400 into 2 - 200mg shots, say Monday & Thursday.

I am doing a similar cycle right now and I put on 15 pounds in 5 weeks, my test intake and deca intake are lower than posted. You should be fine. Good luck bro and welcome.

Good advice. As for the shots though I feel it really wouldn't make much of a difference but you could do it this way.

BTW - Test, Deca, or Eq would be a good choice on it's own for a first cycle.

The only thing I need to know is which test would be the best for me and the eisiest to get ahold of ? , that would leave me with some good gains and that wont be to hard on my body. (for a first timer)

Also will the different kinds of Test show up as abnormal in a UA? Ive heard that the only way to detect rhoids is through blood work and it costs a shit load to do this test.

One more thing, one of my buds came bought some Deca from a guy he knows and when he bought it the guy told him it was 200mg and then the other day he was told by someone else that the shit he bought was only 50mg is there a test kit or someway to find out what it is for sure? The guy he bought it from sayed that he had to take the lable off for some bullshit reason that if he got cought coming accross the border he could get rid of it easier or something like that. kinda bogus IMO.

your cycle looks perfect. Go with test enanthate or cyp, they are very similiar,it doesnt matter much which one you go with.

As for the deca question...if it has no label, take it back to your source. I wouldnt be putting that shit into my body...and I dont know how your other friend could tell you that it was 50mg/ml if it had no label..there is no way to know for sure unless you get a test done, and they are very expensive.

looks good bro. if you do test alone i would do 500mg/wk for 10 weeks. if you do the combo your doses are good, but i would run it 10 weeks. nice job researching!

I just finished my first cycle which is very similar to yours(deca=400 instead of 300, 9 weeks instead of 8). Use Nolva only if symptoms appears. I used Nolva (10mg/day) half way when I thought I got symptoms, but it turned out to be a false alarm. OTOH Nolva did help to prevent water retension. 3 weeks after I stopped Nolva I started gaining a pound of apparent water a day. Good luck on your first one and trust me, it won't be your last. You'll like it so much you can't wait for the next one.
