Tweetim finishin up 8th week goin to 9th week of my cycle... i got like 3 more weeks to go...
so... for the past 2 weeks i have been kinda stuck at 192 ( 5'6)... been up 27lbs total weight im on 10mg nolva eod...
takin 4500-5000 cals ed (350-400g protein ed) also ... im doin good , workouts are great and still makin progressin my lifts... should i keep goin to 12 weeks as originally planed or stop it in a week so i can get clomid over with so i can jump back on for summer ....
or stay on ? what do u guys do when u stop gaining? do i just try to maintain gains or do i increase calories?

TweetI would also recommend upping calories, complex carbs in particular. You're eating enough protein as it is. No need to use HCG because you're almost done with the cycle and by using HCG at this late in the game will make recovery very challenging.

Anyway Im debating running Nolva @ 10mg EOD like him or just waiting to see how I respond. It hasnt seemed to hurt his gains any - and the idea of not getting gyno symptoms and minimizing estrogenic fat deposists sounds good - also it should help facial bloat a little too. But then again - some say at 500mg I dont need to take it.

i startednolva just to make sure thingswill be ok after i come off the Ds... but i never had any signs of gyno so far( thnk god)... its totally up to u ... i took 10mg ed for a whiel then changed to eod ... for next cycle i might just use arimidex insted .. but my next cycle gona have fina in it so i have to be careful

Tweetkeep going. i am on week ten of a ten weeker. i stopped gaining after about 8 weeks but this week i seem to have hit another growth spurt. made me wanna go 12 weeks but i wasnt prepared with having that much gear.
TweetWouldn't it be prudent to stop at say 10-12 weeks, and assess how well/fast you recover? I'm just saying that to go 16 weeks on a first cycle, you could mess up your endocrine system since you don't know how well you recover. But damn, I'm only on week 3 of fina/test and my nuts belong in the cashew section of the grocery store.
