      I'm trying to figure out how to take 1000mg of test and 800mg of EQ per week. The test. is 250ml/ml and the EQ is 257mg/ml....my pins are 3ml
      I probably just need to buy bigger pins? Maybe do 3 inj. a week

      it really depends on how thick ur glute muscle is....and how much it can tolerate because some people can't take that much in any muscle......

      3mls is the most I would do at one time. That's why I like the higher mg/ml oils.

      NO matter what cycle anymore...I have to take eod shots...Thank god I got some 500mg/ml EQ for this run...lol LOTS less shots with that and 400mg/ml Test E

      I tend to stick with glutes, chest and bis with longer esters, short ones just glutes only....But if I can help it yeah just glute shots moving the actual spot around a bit.

      Just rotate and find another spot like O2 said.
      However to answer the question I know from others and personal experience the glute can hold 5cc's
      Not that there is any reason for it except a very specific and rare occasion.

      Stick with 3cc most and find other spots if you arse gets sore.

      According to my wifes nursing books 5cc is the max allowable for a glute. I have done it on more then one occasion it leaves one hell of a bump on ur ass
