TweetTaurine is a good supp, but will do nothing for joint pain. I take 10 grams a day myself.
TweetIs this going to hep out with joint pain at all when i run my tren, winny, prop cycle? I was thinking 3-4 grams of taurine ED.

Tweetwhat would be good for the joint pain that comes with the winny?
Tweetdeca? Perhaps glucosamine + msm.
My vote would be to omit the winny altogether.
TweetSupposedly I forgot who it was that posted it but (if you do a search you'll find it) celadrin with the glucosamine complex was helping alot with joints. If you do a search in this section and type in celadrin youll find it. Its inside a post so youll proly have to go through them. You can get it at vitacost.com. I just picked some up for my winny that I'm about to start soon.
Tweet^ yep, hit it right on the head ! celadrin works better than the old glucosomine /chronditin combo . I take 3 tabs ed 1000mg ones . Go to www.vitacost.com NSI brand

TweetFirst off, winny doesn't effects the joints, it effects the tendons by increasing the collagen and decreasing the cross fibers. Thus, making the tendons more brittle. On top of that, test amounts over 150 mg /wk reduce collagen production too. It's not about the joints, it's about the tendons and winny with test has a good chance of causing tendon problems if you move heavy weights. Basically, the muscle gets to strong for the tendon and the tendon tears. Partially or completely it doesn't matter, a tendon tear sucks. Your best bet would have been a tren/EQ cycle IMO. That would give you very lean gains and keep the tenonds strong.
Tweetnothing works for the joints like flax oil! 5-6 tblspoons a day will make almost any joint problem disappear
TweetYou know now that you say that since I've been taking more flax and lots of fish oils I have noticed less discomfort in my one shoulder.
TweetMan, that's good to know. I don't take any oils other than what I get from foods. I might need to add some in.
