      ^Your cycle is fine.....
now to achieve your goals, u need to do cardio 2x a day.. and watch your diet and your carbs intake..
dont get me wrong gh makes u hold water no matter what u do but not like test and anadrol and dbol and so forth...its normal to be lil bloated....
trust me u will look better after u come off gh completely within 2 weeks..

Personally, not to contradict ya Mikey, but i don't think it is necessary to do cardio twice a day to reach his goals if he does at least 45 minutes and a mix of moderate jog and walk with high incline at least 5-6 days a wk. What does "test prop - 500 mg/week (one week and change in so far)"mean?? Prop is good, but i prefer a good quality hg test like Iranian or sustanon, never gave me hardly any bloat and less frequent injects. You can still do the same amount of mgs. Npp, i would do at least 400mg and split 200mg Mon/Thur and you can draw up the ethanate with it, so you will only have 2 inject a wk. Gh, is dif with everyone, but i personally think you don't even need it at your age. If you want to avoid alittle excess water and as an AI, id run aromasin 6.5mg ed, as you will not need much with this cycle.

Reaching 10% bf and retaining a significant portion of your gains should not be a difficult task. I agree with mick on the cardio. You'll most likely experience some degree of water retention even while using an AI, so I don't know if you could avoid the moonface entirely.

The cycle in and of itself looks good. Nice and basic. Have you run gh before? I was thinking of giving it a go sometime in the near future...

      Mick,

One week and change is the same as saying about a week and a half. Sorry for the awkward wording.

I definitely need to start doing some cardio. I do canoe for about an hour two to three times a week. It is one hell of a workout. I still need to step it up.

      HeHateMe,

This is my first run on hGH. I am liking it so far. The jabs are painless and the results are coming (slowly but surely). I like this stuff.

I can't wait for the AAS to get going.
