      Default Help with idea?

      I want to run a good cycle to maintain what I have and shed some bodyfat...Im around 5'7 205 @ 17%...Im 24 been working out since I was in Highschool. I have one test only cycle under my belt. I was wondering if anyone has ever done a deca/var/ephedrine cycle...or something like it? If anyone else has any suggestions on another approach please help me out. Like Ive said Ive only done one cycle with test only.

      I'd suggest cutting as much fat as you can naturally first. Once you get a good diet going and you've made cardio a habit, then try a Prop and winny cycle.

      If you just want to tighten up, just run an eca stack or maybe an eca/clen alternating combo (every two weeks switching off). Definitely get your diet and cardio in check as mentioned above...

      I personally would not include deca in a cutting cycle.

      If you want to hold what you have and get cut, then I would say a low dose of EQ and Test and then up the cardio big time. The EQ and Test will help you hold what you have and the cario will obviously do it's thing, with the right diet that is. Besides T3 or clen, there isn't anything that actually burns fat. Many people believe that winny is a fat burner, but it's not. It has no effect what so ever on the metabolism of people. With that said, another reason to keep the EQ doses low is because it makes most people eat like a horse, which could defeat your purpose. I'm not sure how EQ makes people harden up so well when it makes themso hungry, but it does. It will take the muscle you have now and make it harder. The test is necessary because even EQ will shut down your natty test and that will effect your sex drive.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

      yea deca is a bad cutter diet is first then eca/clen and then if those are in check try a winni only cycle. a lot of people don't like that cycle but i have done winni only and got shredded

      Id reccomend getting to around 12-13% with just these muscle sparing compunds with a CLEAN diet, cause no matter what you take the diet is number one....

      Clen-2weeks on/2weeks off
      Eca- on the 2 weeks off

      Imo winny wont help much until you get already down to a leaner bodyfat percent...I promise you that if you take this and clean up your diet and get to 12% you will be able to get on a real cutting cycle and make it twice as effective if you were to start it now at 17%...
