      I was thinking of using 600 mg eq week for 1-12
      50mg winstrol ed 9-14
      alternate clen and eca throughout

      I am about 14% bf now and I do almost no cardio. is getting down to the single digit bf a realistic goal using the above stated cycle and hitting cadio hard and eating real clean?

      It very challenging to do a cutting cycle with Eq since increased appetite is one of the side-effects. But it can be done. What would be your total caloric intake? Could you describe what you meant by hitting cardio hard and eating really clen, thanks.

      What are your stats bro...in other words how many pounds of fat do you need to lose? See what I mean? 4% of 180 would be easier to lose than 4% of 280.

      This is definitely a good cutting cycle when combined with diet and cardio. My only concern is that there is no test at all in it. You might want to have some test prop on hand just in case this shuts down your sex drive.

      Otherwise, I would say good job. Please keep us posted. I would be very interested in how this works out for you.

      i would add tren 100mg eod 6-12 or some thing and may be some type of test there too ( prop??) ... .. that should make things easier..

      as voodoochild said 5% is possible pendin on ur weight..

      your genetics can play a huge role in your ability to get cut. I'm currently between 8-9%bf, and I've never done cardio in my life.

      EQ/Winny in combination with heavy cardio and a good diet will definately rip you up. Test prop would be a good addition to the cycle. If you decide not to run the test, consider running HCG throughout.

      I'm was 12% a couple of months ago before bulking, didn't gain too much fat maybe 15% at the most. 198# 5'11". I am turned off by the frequency of prop injects. I could use 200 mg of enanthate or cyp? or what about proviron if I can find it ( I am not fishing for sources) how would cialis work for the lost sex drive if I just used eq and winny. How much hcg would be adequate to keep androgens up without test on a 12 week cycle and keep the nuts going? as for fina I have thought about it but I don't think I will try it yet. Walrus, as for hitting cardio hard I would do 30-45 minutes 4 times a week and eating clean, just giving up the double cheese burgers, pizza,and doritos to eat good fats proteins and complex carbs. I eat alot of ice cream while bulking. that will hurt giving up. thanks for the input guys.

      nope, you need test! even 100mg eod of prop will work.

      Hey jipped...proviron might work. Eq is pretty mild and along with winny you might be ok. Maybe do the proviron the last 6 weeks. I would at least have prop on hand...if it gets to the point you need it you will be glad considering the alternative.

      Not sure you will need HCG...you can always run it when you notice significant shrinkage...but then be sure to follow with clomid.

      Sorry I cannot be more definite on this. I find this to be a very interesting cycle and really want to know how it comes out. This is something I think I would really like to try myself somewhere down the road.

      the only reason I am trying it is my lifting partner did a eq only cutting cycle and had good results I thought I might try spicing it up with win I am going to try it anyway I am not worried about lost libido my wife will need the time to recover from this cycle anyway.LOL I did a deca only cycle before I was educated by the old fitnessboard and had no erectile probs. I am still curious about cialis just in case.

      i'm sure i will get slack for this :p but i don't think you need test for your goals this time. i would do
      600mg/wk eq 1-12
      winny 50mg/day 8-14
      clen/eca altenating every 2 weeks 1-12

      eat clean, do cardio 4-5 days a week for 30-45 min. each time. you can speed up fat lose by doing no carbs if you feel the need.

      btw..you could get away with injecting prop E4D if you decide to use test.

      I don't understand why you wouldn't want to run a little test. Gives you great gains and your willy is always willing.

      When I say a little test I mean 100 prop eod.
