      well i went to the hospital on wednesday to get my hernia taken out.
      everything went well but not i'm hurting like a SOB
      i can only lie on my back so it was a long night last night.
      Wife worked night shift so i had to wake up with my 2 year old.
      They have my ass on Hydromorphe
      Gearjunky is only an imaginary character
      I realy weight 135lbs and never used a dumbell in my life.

      Thanks guys. i'm getting a fiew shakes down and some food. i cant eat too much or my intestines will expand and put pressure on my cut.

      Any pointers to help me get up from bed without putting too much pressure on the wound erea? i try to roll out but as soon as i get to my side i have this huge pressure on the cut and hurts like hell. dont want to make this shit worst ya know

      I did just what u said. Roll to the side of the bed and then just try and get your feet underneath you before you hit the floor. That only lasted about 3 days with me though and then it wasn't so bad..
