TweetI had the similar problem and the only solution I found is to reinstall my keyboard and setup everything all over again.
TweetOk..Ive been having this prob that when i go to click on the GO button next to my search engine box the hour glass icon will come on and then go off really quick and it wont get me to the link or website i want to get to. If i hold down the ENTER button on the keyboard it will sometimes fix the prob, but then it will go back to doing it again. Also, i know there is an area you can go to, to configure your connect buttons. Example: I have about 10 buttons on my keyboard that i have configure to go to specific places, like one button is configed to go to MSN, then another for sports, finance, etc. Anyways, there is place in the programs or controls where you can config whatever button you want to go to a specific place. I forgot where its at, lol! I have Windows XP.

TweetDamn, that sucks! Do you know where you find the button configuration? Where you set a particular connect button to a link or site? Its either in programs or controls, but i can't find the damn thing, lol!
TweetYou probably have spyware. Spyware is usually the cause of 90% of computer related problems.
TweetYeah Spybot.. It is working now, lol!, but it will go out all of a sudden for no reason. I have to use my Google tool bar.
TweetMy brother works with computers for our nations main defense contractor. He know a ton about computers and said just one spyware program is not enough. He said a lot of spyware out their can corrupt your current spyware so you need to have multiple programs to catch the spyware that is corrupting your other spyware protection programs. Kind of a vicious loop! I know I have to erase my hard drive and re boot every 30 days. My only problem is my internal back up I think has been corrupted by the shit.
Don't you wish you could find the scumbags that create spyware and viruses so you can give them a beating they would never forget!
TweetI meant can corrupt your current spyware protection programs
TweetI don't think Spyware has to do anything. To me it looks like a software difficulty. Mick, you should be able to find that in Control Panel. Find the keyboard you're using and it must be in there. Then reset everything manualy.
TweetYeah, ive been to the control pannel and i thought it was in the Keyboard properties, but it isn't? Anyways, i uninstalled the keyboard and restarted and it seems to be working now. Thank Bro! I still would like to find that damn config for the buttons, lol!
