      OK guys…it’s time for the next cycle. I’ve been out of the gym for about 6 weeks due to family illness and am now ready to hit it hard and heavy.



      I am 44 years old, 5’11”, at 222 pounds and 12.4% BF. I have been working out and cycling for nearly 3 years. I started out at 232 pounds at 32% BF back in 2003. I was working a modified WSBB training plan and have plans to continue with that as I saw some great gains in strength and finally, the size of my biceps. My flat bench went from 225 to 315 in 6 months and my incline from 200 to 275. ****Props to Iron Addict who designed the training and diet. He said I’d laugh at the plan as it looked like there was not NEARLY enough sets and reps but it has worked wonders***

      Here is my 16 week plan. I’ll plan to stay with the modified WSBB with training days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Cardio is Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Here are the supplements I plan to take:

      QV Test 1500mg/week
      QV Deca 600mg/week
      Jintropin GH 5iu / daily/ Monday-Saturday
      T-3 25 mcg/daily
      B-12 Complex 1000mcg SubQ daily
      Beverly Vit. Pak One pack daily
      Omega 3-6-9 12 capsules daily

      Diet will be 3565 cals daily with 450 grams of protein, 250 low-glycemic carbs {with the exception of the PWO drink}, and 85 grams of fat all divided into 7 feedings. I may add 50 grams of protein, 50 carbs, and about 15 grams of fat IF it appears after 4-6 weeks that I am not gaining enough. I am in 34” jeans now and would like to stay in them BUT I still have the old 36” jeans in the closet somewhere!

      I would appreciate any suggestions on training, AAS, and or diet.

      What kind of dosages did you run in the past? Thats alot of test there. All the other things look good.

      I know I would not grow at all off that few of calories. But you know what works for you more than I do.

      I would probably stick to your same training since it worked so well for. IA is a smart bro.

      i'm going to go ahead and say that 2100mg/wk for someone who has only been training for 3 years is way, way too much drugs. you're getting into national level competitor dosages there.

      especially at your age, you better watch out or you are going to have a prostate the size of a softball.

      i would back that test down to about 600mg/wk and take the deca down to 400mg/wk if i were you.

      the diet looks good.

      The only reason I had the Test dosage that high was from doing a past cycle with 1200mg weekly and 600 mg of Deca. But, I will lower the test and may increase the calories too.

      Trip.....WSBB is West Side Barbell. The focus is on the major movements rather than countless sets of accessory moves. I go in each week on my bench and attempt to best last week's best lift by 2.5 lbs. Then, I do 4 sets of 6 reps each at 75% of that weight. Seems to work well for me. I was stuck at 225 on my flat bench for a long time and increased it to 315 in about 6 months using the percentage method. Iron Addict is the man when it comes to training.       Wow thats a high dose of test there! I only know a few guys doing that much, one of them competes and the other is like 6'5", around 300lbs and is a nutbar who's been juicin for 10+ years. lol

      I personally dont think its necessary to run test that high a dose.
