Went to the Gym with Big Mikey Today!!!

we did chest today and mikey is no joke ..i stayed covered up cause i was like hell no i am not showing my stuff up next to this dude. anyway mikey is good guy really knows his stuff and was very cool with motivateing me i actually did most heaviest bench today and actually did it for reps...so thanks BIKE MIKEY....will have to do it again sometime

ya wish i could meet up with him at the gym more but our schedules are way different but once in while is good...he is a strong little dude

Nah it was not bad at all ..it is actually good to work out with someone that is bigger ..they push you and you end up forgeting about the fact you are working out with some bigger than you ... i had the sme issue as you i was like mikey i am not coming out cause i so much smaller than you ...just gotta get over that crap ...the bigs guys where small to once and they know what it takes to get big so learn from them

you are such a girl LOL we did 1 warm up and 4 wroking for flat bench mikey's last set was 405 for i think 7 good reps and incline 3 set i think 365... he obviously lives up to his name ..

now watcha gonna say about me now that your head is all swollen
