I just wanted to get everyones take on this. I work out normally 6 times a day focusing on each body part every day so i get more than enough rest. And this has really helped me grow over the last year without AAS. My kids are older and i have more time to spend at the gym and i am just wondering if you still need to worry about muscle fatigue when you are on cycle? Or is it cool to just push it trying the muscle twice a week. Just wanted to see if you guys change your routine.

YES!!!! gear doesnt cause over training from occuring... working out 6 times a week focusing on a bp each e/d isnt exactly "more than enough rest" but maybe it is for you i donno.

CHANGIN ROUTINE ALWAYS HELPS SHOCK THE MUSCLES INTO GROWING. BUT ON CYCLES YOU CAN PUSH IT HARDER...THEY ANABOLICS HELP MUSCLES REGENERATE FASTER. I RARELY GET SORE WHEN IM ON

aas definetly helps you recover quicker. I would change routine, increase intensity and go heavy. If you do this, you wont need to or be able to workout bodyparts twice a week. i would only recommend doubling up on laggin bodyparts.
