I just went to GNC to purchase creatine and protein. I went with the traditional GNC Creatine Plus because it worked wonders for me before. I also bought GNC Protein 95.
The question I have is I was going to purchase the twin labs creatine nitrate fuel. Has anybody used this and have any feedback if it would be worth it?
Also I was reading about Instone Forza T. Does anybody know if that stuff works?
