TweetI have taken it and liked it.. it had noticable effects as compared to Creatine Monohydrate. It's CEE and Creatine Malate (which is said to be more water soluble than Monohydrate). Plus Xpand has glucuronolactone which I like the effects of personally, seems to give me more focus in the gym. Xpands other ingredients such as A-AKG, Taurine, and Glutamine make it a wellrounded and worthwhile supplement if you want to get more out of your creatine product. Just my .02.
