Tweeti'm 21 years old..........yes rather young for a cycle i know. i have been training on and off for 3 years, hardcore for 1-1.5 and i cant wait to do another cycle. my first cycle was 30 dbol wk 1-3, 500 eq 1-12, 500 cyp 1-12. i want to do another one but not sure what to start looking into. I am 6,2.......185 pounds and want to gain alot of mass while staying as lean as possible (ie cuts on arms, abs, chest).

Tweeti kinda getting an impression that you were not eating enough. if you were not calculating it then you prob were not. i would do the same cycle. and really put some effert into ur diet. plan it all out and eat like a ton. 4000plus calories 300grams of protien etc...

Tweeti agree wt bigmofo , eq at least 16 weeks, it is a slow releaser like laurabolin, very slow but wt eq get more quality mass and u keep most of it.... then i saw u were doing dbol and cyp and those 2 make u hold water if u are looking to get bigger and don;t care about holding water: u can do deca instead of eq if u are looking to look much larger.... and u can also switch from cypionate to enan wt the same dosages that u did.
i agree wt eddie too, increase ur calories and ur protein intake.
for good BULKING cycle: dbol, cypi or enan and deca
for lean mass cycle: eq, sustanon, and dbol(but wt the dbol u got 2 eat clean so u won't tend 2 hold 2 much water).
what are u goals exaclty: wanna look big and lean, or wanna look massive and bulky...???

Tweetyea man no matter what u do..u said u want to gain weight so u HAVE to eat...there are alot of people out there that substitute higher doses of juice for unhealthy eating habits....they eventually wind up getting more sides and would get the same results by just changing thier diet..i used to be that guy and i learned my lesson......but yea....imo i would stack eq with a long acting test(cyp,enanth)just because i feel with eq u will be able to keep most of it as with deca once u lose the water weight u may get depressed because u will look like u shrank and and u can throw some dbol in for the begining few weeks....run the eq atleast 10-12 weeks and if ure diet is on u will be happy with ure results

I would run fina but not for your second cycle due to the sides.
That would be a good lean mass cycle, but for bulk you could swap out the Var for Dbol or Drol and run only first 5 wks.

Tweetthats your problem. You have the mindset that I only want to build muscle and stay cut up. It doesnt work like that. If you can accept a little bodyfat, than you will grow like a weed. You are alrdy 6'2 185, pretty damn skinny. You may be cut, but you dont have signifigant mass yet. Dont waste steroids and jeopardize your health if you have this add muscle but stay cut mindset. You should be eating somewhere around 300g of protein and 400-500g of carbs while on cycle, and at least 4k-4.5k cals.Originally Posted by clubkid
