TweetI am 30 and weigh 127 lbs. Two years ago I was in the best shape of my life, working out 2 to 2 1/2 hours a day -- lifting and cardio. I weighed aroung 115 solid. I have gone down hill some since then . I am thinking of starting a cycle as follows:
First week -- 5 mg of Var and Clen
second week -- 5 mg of Var, Clen, and 50 mg of Primo
third week -- 10 mg of Var, 50 mg of Primo
Fourth week -- 15 mg of Var, 100 mg of Primo
Fifth week -- 15 mf of Var, Clen, 100 mg of Primo
Sixth week -- 10 mg of Var, Clen, 100 mg of Primo
Seventh week -- 10 mg of Var, 50 mg of Primo
Eighth week -- 10 mg of Var, 50 mg of Primo
My goals aren't really to put on huge amounts of mass. I want to stay petite and feminine. I do however want to shread up and lose the fat with some muscle gain. If anyone can help that has experience that would be great. I've done the research on all three products, so I know the possible side effects, it's only that I haven't used before and am alittle nervous. The BF uses, but doesn't have alot of input on female cycles.

Tweetthe Clen are 20 mcg orals and that something I'm not sure about. I was thinking about one a day for two weeks on/ 2 weeks off. What do you think? I was also planning on using the Clen after the cycle was over in week 9 & 10. PLease help when you get some info.

TweetI would add some ketotifen in there if you're going to be using clen for that long since after about 3 weeks your beta-2 receptors really start to downregulate. Take 1 or 2 mg before you go to be at night and you'll get the added benefit of very restful sleep! I also assume that your dosages are every day dosages and not every other day or less.
Let me know how this cycle goes because I'm going to be putting my girlfriend on something similar!

There is no substitute for experience......
TweetIf this is your first cycle...I would suggest one or the other only....just so you can monitor and assess your gains more easily and/or sides. As muscle n blood suggested....var would be excellent by itself and if need be can add clen around week 6 & 8 making sure diet is in check and cardio.
