bodyfat do you think a person can lose over a period of 3 months??? I'm just curious, I'm about to swith phases in my cycle and run QV Tren Acetate, Homebrew Prop, BD Eq. I just want to know if I'm giving myself enough time to drop the body fat without losing all the muscle. I'm also probably going to through in some clen/t3/ephedra.

This question here will have so many answers. It all depends bro; Diet, AS, Training, Rest, Water intake, etc....

You can lose body fat in a matter of a few days. It's really hard to tell.

I know the question is kinda broad but thats why I said on average, like with a normal person performing good cardio and sensible diet. I'm sure that the tren/eq/prop/clen/t3/ephedra will speed up the process but I'm just wondering if I gave myself enough time to drop from like 18-20% down to 8-10% range. I'm currently in the 18-20% range and my goal is to drop down to the 8-10% range by April 1st.

Can it be done? Sure it can. Can we tell you an "Average", not possible bro. I don't care what anyone says, your BF% will always vary and it would be hard to try and figure out an average.

You also have to take in consideration the persons genetics. You and I can be same height, weight, etc...Go on the same diet, training, same dose of AS and everything else, and I can tell you that neither one of us will lose the same amount.

True, I'm not trying to get technical with it here...just trying to find out everyone's thoughts on it being possible, easy, very hard, or whatever to get that lean in 3months.

I agree with RADO. What your asking depends on many variables. It can be easy in some ppl and yet very hard for others. Some ppl have a propensity to store fat easily and it is very hard to loose even if using different stacks, cardio, ECA etc. Others who have high metabo rates, it will be very easy. So in saying that; there is no "Average" that can be calculated with accuracy, sorry.

I have dropped 30 #'s in 10 weeks twice, which is about the % you are asking about. Was it easy? No fucking way! I was doing double cardio 6 days/week. lifting and eating 7-8 times/day at about 500-600g protein/day (very few carbs). The first time I tried doing it without AS....dumb move as I started looking more like a runner than a bodybuilder. Second time on AS, I actually managed to increase my LBM by 5-7 #'s over the course of 16 weeks. Long answer...but it can be done.

How old you are, your body weight (not just body fat %) and your current activities that got you to 18-20% will all have to do w/this. Yeah, by simple numbers, you should be able to do that within your time frame.
