TweetI like being big with some cuts.......I dont need to look like i'm competing. I'm more concerned wit the bulk look at this point. I spend most my cycles gaining rather then gaining then cutting. Diet allows me to do this......
TweetAlright everybody, here is the issue I find myself changing back and forth on...Do you go for cuts and symmetry? Or do you go for that unbeatable mass? I know that many of you will say , "both", but you have to sacrifice one to ultimately get to the other extreme. I originally wanted to be ripped, but I didn't want to look good only when I was onstage. I wanted to look like a bodybuilder without having to strip down to a posing suit and oil myself up. I believe that there is a breaking point when you get so big, you don't need to be ripped (See Michael Clarke Duncan in The Green Mile or Scorpion King for more details). So which do all of you choose?

I'm a Muscle Farmer....This years Crop is gunna be awesome.
Gyno is sexy!
Tweetimo u need to have the mass to get the nice cuts, just like arnold said in pumpin iron, imagine makeing something out of clay u always start with a big blocky piece then trim it down and fine tune, once u get the piece down u can work on adding little by little to weaker or smaller parts. Bulk then cut.
TweetYou are right, but I'm talking about choosing one side or the other. And I don't mean being a fat-ass like some of the powerlifters I know, I'm talking about going for huge, or going for definition. Some days I eat in order to grow, and some days I am trying to cut. I need to commit or maybe be committed!
Tweetin my personel view, since i compete for now i just want massive size wt sym, i don't care if i look bloated like a fat whale or not, but when i want to compete, i would wana be paper thin looking.
it is like BUILDING A STATUE, THEY START WT A BIG BLOCK AND THEN TRIM IT BACK DOWN TO THE SHAPE THAT U WANT TOOO.AND THAT IS HOW OUR BODY WORKS.... I DON'T BELIEVE OF GETTING BIG AND RIPPED AT TEH SAME TIME, VERY HARD , I MEAN VERYYYYYYYYYYYYY HARD

Tweeti get what your saying... i always go back and fourth on what I am trying to do. I also agree with soda that you cant really be cut looking with out muscle to appear cut.
if i only had one choice i would prefer to be cut.... giant becomes combersom at some point.

TweetBro, not saying that I'm trying to look like Kevin, just saying that with the compounds that I'm working with the theory of Bulk/Shred in 16 weeks will become a reality...just saying that its possible...and if u look @ Ronnie compared to Dexter, you would barelly tell Dexter is giving up 70# to Ronnie...its all about conditioning...
