TweetFor anyone who takes zma......do yo buy it in one pill or take all three seperately....what I mean is me and one of my boys went to the store the other day and I reached for a zma bottle and he said that he takes them seperately because it is cheaper and less pills to take....the average price for a zma product was 20 bucks with 4-8 pills to have the effective dose.....but he gets a b6, zinc, and magnesium and only pays about 10 bucks and takes three pills.....what do yall do....
