TweetYes, and it sucks. I have, for the most part, been injury free for 17+ years and now I have this right shoulder problem. I can't do DB presses right now becasue of the pain. If I do my therapy on a regular basis I'm good, but if I slack off it will start hurting again. The therapy is designed to hit all the rotators of the shoulder joint. Because they are much weaker than the delts it is very important for guys like me and you to do it regularly. It's just something we have to do from now on.
Did you tear something or just strain it?
