sex supplements??? help please

TweetOkay my question is what supplements really work when it comes to sex drive and haveing a harder irrection. i was just wondering what ones people have tried and that really worked for them. For me yohimbe did work great but for some reason i havent been have the same resalts as in the past and i have trouble sleeping with it. So i was wondering if i get some suggestions on supplements that u have personally used that produced harder irrections and sex drive?

TweetL-arginine works wonders. I take 2 grams per day. I've also noticed better pumps while working out. Nothing drastic, but definitely noticeable.

Maca, horny goat weed, tribulus, yohimbe, avena sativa, etc. are all touted as sex enhancers. I've used tribulus and yohimbine and didn't really notice all that much as far as increased sex drive/performance, etc; although I must say, yohimbine is an excellent, very underrated thermogenic.
