Todays Workout
TweetSUCKED ASS.FIRST I HAD TO WAIT 20MIN WHILE THESE FOUR FU-K HEADS TOOK THERE SWEET ASS TIME. I WAS THIS CLOSE ON SAYING GET THE FU-K OFF THE SMITH MACHINE. BY THE TIME I GOT ON IT I WAS COOL ALREADY. SO KNOW I GET TO MY HEAVY SET AND BAM THERE GOES MY BACK.WAS SO PISSED. DID SOME STRECTHING LOOSENED UP. I WAS INCLINING. THEN I WENT TO BENCH AND FELT LIKE A LITTLE GIRL.BACK HURT COULDNT GET THAT LITTLE BOUNCE OFF MY CHEST SO I COULDNT GO HEAVY.315-5 TIMES. SO I DID SOME FLYS ON THE MACHINE AND LEFT. DIDNT GET TO DO ABS.COME HOME AND HAVE NO DINNER, HOUSE IS A MESS CAUSE WE ARE MOVING IN OUR NEW HOME TOMORROW.I NEEDED TO FLAME
