TweetPersonally, I didnt gain that much water weight, i gained a little weight (2-3lbs) just from eating alot...also, my mucles DID get bigger, I do look bigger, and my strength went up ALOT...i cant tell ya if i gained alot of water weight tho, bc i didnt detail every lbs i gained and lossed, bc i was focusing on strength...but the stuff does work well with strength...Originally posted by toxic_power
I've been hearing alot of different stories about M1-T gains lately and wondering what the actual truth is. I realize it all depends on how often your working out and how good your diet is but I've heard that it holds water and that you don't gain a whole lot and that it is mostly water weight and then i've heard you gain up to 5-8lbs after a cycle. Which one is more accurate? Do you hold alot of water when on M1-T or is it actually good muscle growth that your getting?
