Guys and Gal's ....

im thinking of changing my Training schedule from doing my full body once a week to doing it twice a week. 3 excercises per muscle group instead of 4. has anyone done this and has it worked in a positive way ? Please let me know....

ps Ive been training for about 5 to 6 years now and weigh 208 from 170pds so im not a beginer :p
