Tweeti was tellin the new guy at work how hard it is to get fired.
we had a guy call in 3 days a week drunk for 4-5 months and they couldnt fire him because it was a disease and an ADA issue
my old partner pulled a hit and run IN THE CITY VEHICLE and kept his job.
we had a girl who bought wrought iron furniture got some kind of chemical on her from it causeing her to break out badly. nothing physical mind you just zits. she was out 5 weeks with acne.
we had a guy go down to the dog pound and steal the death juice and come back and threaten a fellow employee with it.
i cant get fired they all kept their jobs.
on that note i am gonna take a dump in my supervisors desk drawer i have been planning this for some time i doubt i will be caught but if i am i wont even get days off.
oh i told the new guy only 1/2 of the people make probation and he isnt doing to well.

There are no warnings, no suspension periods, and no write-ups, if you physically threaten someone, whether it be a coworker, supervisor, vendor, customer, or whomever, you will be immediately terminated.
I will not tolerate hostility or abuse from anyone in any way regardless of whom it is directed towards and everyone that works with me is well aware of my zero tolerance policy, including the companies human resources and legal departments.
