TweetI posted this in the training forum too, just to be sure. I'm curious; if clen works by raising you body temp a few degrees (other things as well, obviously) would it be more effetive to lengthin the cardio time from HIIT, to say 45 min of slow jog/walk. J/K let me know...thanks
TweetClen may raise the body temp a little, but I really doubt it'll raise body temp more than 1*
Do cardio as normal, but watch the heart rate..keep it below 170.
