Tweeti will advise you to do it only after your workout unless you are a guru on slin , imo its to risky to take prior to a workout

TweetIMHO, huge risks aside.... Last slin "cycle" i did, i used 8 iu's pre work out and 8 pw. I always drank a ABB Carbo force during my workout then after had a nice weight gain shake. Good god did i put on some FAT from that many carbs! I like it ALOT better just PW.... Or if you must... AM and PW is better IMO.

TweetThe way I remeber seeing it is, you use 2iu Humulin-R before workout. You take in your 20g of carbs and and alittle protein. Then through the coarse of your workout you sip on some juice mixed with liquid amino's and creatine.
Keep your workout 45min, the slin will spike at 30min mark you shouldn't feel it if you have taken in your initial 20g and your sipping on mix through out.
After workout take 8iu Humulog and consume 80-100g carbs, it will spike in 15 min.
This process of using slin before w/o helps muscles take in nutrients when they need it most and pump is unbelievable.
Thats how you can use it but I recomend against it unless very experianced with slin, cause if you mess up you'll die!
